Netadmin introduces new self-service portal for network owners

For network operators, offering insight and self-service opportunities for external parties is not a trivial thing to accomplish, yet it is a very important business goal for most operators. To meet this goal Netadmin has launched Network Insight Portal, a new self-service portal aiming to make the operative processes more efficient for both network operators and network owners.


The Network Insight Portal is an extension of the Netadmin product and is aimed for network owners, such as estate owners, for example.

The launch of the Network Insight Portal answers the network owner's wishes to be able to manage their own address subset without having to contact the network operator that runs the network. This is also in line with the network operators’ interest as it allows them to offer self-service solutions in order to reduce administrative tasks and increase the customer satisfaction among their network owners.

The new portal offers self-service for the network owners and enables them to manage operational processes on their own. It also makes the management quicker for both the network owners and the network operators. The Network Insight Portal can be used to manage addresses, devices, sites and contact information. The network owners also get access to their own limited subset of addresses and will, among other things, be able to assign device ports to addresses and view devices under a site.

During the next phase of product development of the Network Insight Portal the plan is to introduce ticket management, troubleshooting, reporting, subscription management and more.
