Product Candidates - The new way of working

In 2016 we introduced a new way of working closely with our customers for new product enhancements. We call this the concept of Product Candidates.


Netadmin has a long-term strategy to develop the Netadmin product together with our customers in an agile way and with continuous communication. With the new concept of Product Candidates, we mean everything from conceptual discussions to development and finally deployment into production that will deliver business value.

We acknowledge the positive values of long-term cooperation with our customers as a “True Partner”. If we use our knowledge together with our customers to solve a critical business need we can see that we both benefit. Our customers get a future-proof and powerful solution that solves their needs and we develop what the market needs. This also helps build the long-term value of our products, for us and for our customers.

Based on this we have now defined several “Product Candidates”. These candidates represent add-ons to the Netadmin product that we wish to develop together with our customers.

The candidates that we have worked with are in the area of SLA Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Service management for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint services, Order Management, Ticket Management, and web portals for End Customers, Network Owners, and Installation Entrepreneurs.

We will develop a Product Candidate once we have received a commitment from multiple customers. By taking an active part in the requirement analysis process you as a customer will be able to affect the scope of the candidate.
