Hi Johan, what did you do before Netadmin?
Before working at Netadmin, I studied Computer Science at Linköping University. So this is my first time working apart from some summer jobs.
What are you passionate about as a System Developer?
I have always loved solving complex problems and finding an efficient and reliable solution. Problem-solving with a wide variety of diversity in the problems themselves has led me towards a career as a system developer.
Why did you start working here with us at Netadmin?
The combination of programming and network is one of the many reasons that made it clear that Netadmin is my employer. Apart from the field, I could quickly get a feeling for the great workspace environment that Netadmin had. Every employee had only positives to say about the company.
How did you find out about Netadmin, and what encouraged you to apply for the position here?
The recruitment firm I was employed by recommended Netadmin to me based on my interests, and I was sold immediately. My network and software development interests match perfectly with this role and company.

What's the best career advice you've ever been given?
Remember that your career is a journey, not a destination.
What's your passion outside work - your personal interest and hobbies?
Training, guitar, boardgames and roleplaying games. The only problem is finding time for everything.
Who do you admire and why?
My parents. They have helped me so much through my life I couldn't ask for better parents.
What is played in your headphones?
I mostly play prog metal, but lately, I have been tuning in to the world chess championship.
