Netadmin, a key provider of purpose-built software for full fibre operators and businesses, has today announced that it has been chosen by Trooli to support the growth of their service as they continue to rapidly increase the number of premises passed and customers on their full fibre network.
The independent network, who have recently announced a significant acceleration in their growth plans to pass one million premises by the end of 2024, have now integrated the Netadmin Nine system into their ordering, installation and customer service functions in order to provide a seamless, automated system from customer order through to service provision.
This integration has been planned alongside a refresh of the network’s website to provide an enhanced customer experience and more streamlined internal processes to further boost productivity as the network’s customer base grows.

Trooli is Netadmin's seventh customer in the UK market. Among the other Netadmin customers in the UK are toob, Gigaclear, OFNL and JT.
About Trooli
Launched in 2018, Trooli is building a full fibre network to bring ultrafast broadband to towns and villages in rural Kent and East Sussex. It takes a fibre connection directly into a customer’s home or business, delivering guaranteed broadband speeds (depending on the client’s chosen package) of between 300Mbps and 900Mbps.
Trooli attracted €30 million of investment from European funders in May 2019 to help fund the capital costs of building its network.
The company aims to have its network available to 150,000 Kent homes and businesses by the end of 2021, rising to 500,000 by December 2023 and one million in 2024.
