Say hello to Anna, our energic and awesome Group CFO. Just a few weeks/months have passed since Lumine Group entered the stock market, and Anna got the opportunity to take on more of our sister companies under her wings. Anna has been with us since 2020 as CFO, and we are now searching for a new finance manager. Now it’s finally time for you to get to know and say hello to Anna.
Hi Anna, can you describe your role at Netadmin?
As a member of our management team, I have responsibility for all financial reporting against owners, authorities, and business managers. Besides responsibility for all the numbers, I have also taken on the responsibility for the fantastic people at Netadmin. I see a strong connection between our employee's engagement/well-being and our successful ratios. My role is to ensure professional leadership throughout the organization and make sure that we keep a positive and inclusive attitude to provide an open culture that will give engaged colleagues.
What are you passionate about being the CFO at Netadmin?
To be a part of an entrepreneurial business in a portfolio of likewise entities worldwide. I love to work close to the people creating our business and the energy that colleagues worldwide give in terms of perspectives and different cultures.

Tell us about your proudest work-related accomplishment.
I have worked hard to keep people interested, informed, involved & inspired. I see a strong connection between our employee's engagement/well-being and our successful ratios. My dedication to leadership first, in combination with the best ratios, is Netadmin history is evidence that my recipe for growth with financial stability is working!
When and how come you start working here with us at Netadmin?
During the pandemic, I got a call from a colleague from the past that now lives in Linköping. I live in Gothenburg, and suddenly we realized we could work together remotely. You shall always choose your manager; after meeting Ulf Lindberg, the decision to work at Netadmin was an easy pick.

What's the best career advice you've ever been given?
You shall always choose your manager. Choose wisely based on your core values since that will give you a work environment with a perfect match.
What’s your passion outside work - your interest and hobbies?
Since I´m a curious person, I love to travel with my family and friends. Nature is important to me, and as soon as I can be outside, I will take my kayak, bike, or hiking boots for a treat!
Whom do you admire and why?
My dad and my kids. All of them are so wise and give me energy from different perspectives.
What is played in your headphones?
Happy pop songs!
At the top of my bucket list is…
To be able to see more of the nature of the world. Difficult to choose a specific place since there are so many cool places on our planet!
