Enhancing fiber market strategies for better competitiveness and efficiency
The product catalog is at the core of the operator's business and a key component in the customer journey, driving sales, marketing, and order fulfillment. In the competitive fiber market, having a flexible central product catalog and pricing structure is crucial for developing new consumer services quickly. Managing campaigns, promotions, and geographical segmentation is essential for monetizing fiber investments. This project aims to enrich our product catalog and pricing capabilities, making managing complex offerings, promotions, recommendations, and discounts easier across digital and physical sales channels.
This initiative is related to our TM Forum Journey and the Customer Experience Journey. It focuses on providing operators a simpler and faster way to create and price product offerings and run promotions. A key focus lies in supporting diverse pricing strategies commonly used by operators, such as location and channel-based pricing, variable contract periods, and specific customer agreements. This includes enhanced tools for marketing and sales teams to run promotions or apply discounts independently, without the need for product manager involvement. This approach enhances operational efficiency and empowers teams to respond more quickly to market demands, contributing to a more agile and responsive business.
